Description
Driving the back roads of Prince Edward County, my wife, Carole, spotted this off in the distance of a farmer's field. She didn't know what it was, but she knew I'd find it an interesting subject, so she brought me back to this location the first chance we had. When that day arrived about a week later, it was raining all the way there and I was sure I wouldn't be able to get a shot of anything worthwhile, but then it stopped just as we parked on the side of the country road. The clouds were still dark and heavy, and the pasture was wet and vibrant green. And up from the harvested field stood this teepee-like structure. I'd never seen anything like it. It's got a man-size door, so it's made to me entered for some reason. Storage? A water-well? Then I noticed there's a water pump on the tip of the roof peak. Too high to reach without a ladder, but there wasn't one in sight. And even if there was, why would you need water accessed from 18' - 20' in the air? If you know what this structure could be, please let me know in the comments.
